TIC TOC SOCKS 30 Day Refund Policy


A. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund can not be issued. Exceptions may occur: your shipment has been delayed and you have not received your product.


B. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with valid identification for security purposes. You can only receive a refund if your product was not shipped as described or damaged in any way. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

C. There are certain situations where refunds are not granted. 

1. The product is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
2. Any refund requested more than 30 days after delivery

D. Refunds (if applicable)
After you request your refund we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

E. Sale items (if applicable)
Items on sale or that were on sale during purchase will only be refunded to the original purchase price.

F. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a refund via your purchase method. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

G. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
